Appointment Booking opening hours are from Mon – Fri 09:00 to 19:00. Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation and rebooking time. For your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on your first visit.
In the month of December we take a 50% deposit of your specified treatments due to appointment times being in high demand.

Cancellation or Change of Appointment Policy
Please be aware that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy on all treatments you will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us email@example.com. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
Please do not come to Darling Beauty if you are sick or have recently been ill, as this will not only effect my beauticians but also other clients, my family and friends.
To eliminate the chance of cross contamination please be aware we would require you to be 72 hours free from any viral sickness bug or viruses.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate for children under 12 years old due to legislation, we are uninsured to have children on the premises.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Please be aware we are not responsible for any lost or damage to your vehicle. As this is residential area please do not park on the grass.
Will be required at least 24/48 before treatment for clients having;
- Eyelash Extensions
- Lash / Brow Tinting
- Lash Lift
- Previous sensitive to products
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would like to send you details of events and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
- If you are coming for an eye treatment don’t cut into your time by coming with make-up on. Be make-up free. Avoid moisturisers.
- Wear loose dark clothing when having a spray tan treatment
